　　侗族饮食习俗。桂北其他各族也有。用茶叶、包谷或糯米炒香、熬煮取汁与糍杷、黄豆、花生等配制而成。吃时加姜丝、葱花、胡椒粉、鱼腥草等佐料。还有打虾米、鱼崽、粉肠、猪肝、瘦肉等荤油茶的。“有客到我家，不敬清茶敬油茶”是侗家的规矩。打油茶时，主、客围坐火塘，主妇负责烹调、送茶。第一碗必须端给贵客或长辈。主人说声请，客人方可饮用。连喝4碗，是表示对主人的最大尊敬。农历九月十五日，侗族青年走寨时，更兴喝油茶，要连喝15碗，边喝边对歌。油茶能提神、祛风湿、防治感冒、增进食欲，有很好的保健、医疗作用。

　　花炮节

　　侗族传统民俗节日，也是一项竞技性体育活动。时在农历三月初三日。传说来源于100多年前的一次款会活动。当时为使款会增加排列气氛，放了三声铁炮。一声炮响，绑着红布条的铁环冲上云天，铁环落下时人们竞相争论，得到的就是第一。依次有第二、第三。现在以村寨为单位组织抢炮队，各队抬着炮具、奖品、礼物在圩镇*一周，再依次进入炮场。仍放三炮，第一炮表示人丁兴旺，第二炮是恭喜发财，第三炮是五谷丰登。司炮员点燃*，铁环冲上高空，队员们紧盯铁环，纵跃抢接，到手后即传给队友或机敏地越过围抢人群，冲出圈外，就算胜利。如此再三。花炮活动结束后，男女青年聚在一起奏芦笙，跳舞。入夜，篝火处处，唱侗戏的，自由对歌的，一片欢声笑语。

　　送春牛

　　侗族传统习俗，时在农历立春日。这天，家家修整、打归牛栏，用嫩草、糯米酒饭喂牛。晚上舞春牛。用竹篾做骨架上面糊纸，做成牛头，用灰布缀以棉绒做牛身，上挂一朵大红花。2人提着书有立春二字的大灯笼引路，2人合舞春牛，紧随后面是一群桃担荷锄的青壮年，边走边表演各种耕耘动作，如驱牛耕地、挖泥耙田、送肥、捉害虫等，舞姿简朴粗犷，很有生活气息。

　　换灯带

　　侗家婚俗。新娘出嫁前夕，鸡叫第3遍，引路郎将新郎家的灯笼挂在新娘房门上，连催3次，新娘依依不舍地走出房门。随引路郎上路前，新娘剪下灯笼的草绳，掏出早已编好的花丝带系上，表示她的心和新郎已经相连。青少年，在这天集体祭扫革命先烈和革命前辈坟墓，缅怀先辈业绩，开展革命传统教育，举于形式多样的纪念活动。清明时节，春意盎然，城市人们喜欢趁此良辰佳日，远足踏青，尤其爱上尧山，赏花，登攀，或进行野餐。清明节的传统食品是粽子、粉蒸肉等。

　　我对祖国秀丽的山河有一种神圣而不可侵犯的情感。尤其是那屹立在崇山峻岭之中、纵横交错、气势磅礴的`万里长城。长城如巨龙般蜿蜒盘旋在崇山峻岭之间，若隐若现，举世无双的魅力无以伦比，深深牵动着我的心弦。

　　万里长城如一位德高望重的老人，在这片稀稀壤壤的土地站了几百年了吧？你让多少中外游人赞不绝口，将祖国美景尽收眼底。

　　登上去，闭上眼睛，呼吸着绝无仅有的古老气息，眼前浮出一幅悲壮的历史画面，*被其它国家踩在脚下，受尽欺凌。可现如今，东方雄狮，你站起来了，就像这万里长城一般永久屹立于世界东方，沐浴着璀璨的阳光，蓬荜生辉。在长城内外群山之间的最高处，傲然挺立着许多烽火台，它们历经风雨，每一砖一瓦都姿态各异，各具特色。

　　“不到长城非好汉”，那陡峭忐忑的“好汉坡”在万里长城也颇有名气，是一道独具色彩的风景线。

　　再次凝望长城，我不禁浮想联翩，古人是多么伟大，他们当时在那么恶劣的环境下，持之以恒。烧出一块块石砖一点点砌成坚不可摧的城墙，可谓是贡献了青春美好时光，贡献了终身。我们要弘扬中华人民吃苦耐劳，艰苦奋斗的精神，还要将这种美德代代传承下去，将祖国各行各业建设得欣欣向荣，一步步迈向富强。
